迟到的游记：191KM"杨梅坑东涌西涌"通通拿下,折叠单骑一日游N多艳遇美色
今天的太阳真毒喔http://static.doyouhike.net/images/smiles/smile_blush.gif．早上6:45一个人骑着Ｐ８从东湖出发，以＂上坡坚决不下车，坚决不上公交车＂为主要指导思想,想试试能否一天把＂杨梅坑，东涌，西冲＂一揽子拿下，结果一不小心如愿以偿了！全天共跑了191.27KM,耗时9小时47分08秒（码表的数据），回到家里晚上快９点．共消灭：
早餐：4个包；
中餐：一大碗鱼汤；
一路上：4个米蕉，一斤龙眼，一包榨菜，约9支650ML的水（里面有盐糖）,３根冰棍；
部分晚餐（下午６点钟）：一碗米粉，三碗例汤．
