It is the most important that one's devotion to doing something.
涉险踏入人类范围圈只为让孩子饱餐一顿的鸟儿们；
Those birds which shepped into human being's territory at risk for feeding their children.
熬夜通宵加班只为得到上司一句赞扬的工薪阶层；
Blue-and-white collar workers who stay the whole night to work for superior's praise.
每一次努力只是想让下一次过得更加美好；
Trying effort only wants to creat a better life.
我们无法将每次努力后的结果让所有人满意；
It is not possible for the consequences of our own efforts' to satisfy everyone.
但请相信我们的每一次抉择都是经过万千考虑；
Please do trust our every choice has been think twice.
我们共同努力的话，无论是冬夏，都能听到鸟儿“叽叽喳喳”的声音；
No matter weather the season is winter or summer,we all can hear the birds twitter if we make our every effort.
我们共同努力的话，也许下个升职的机会就已经掌握在你手中；
Maybe you will get next promotion opportunity if we make our every effort.
冬气严寒，这绝对不是我们退缩的理由；
It is not absolutely the reason that we flinch ,like the chilliness of the winter.
极限里需要超越的除了躯体还有其他更重要的东西；
Other more important things exist besides body when surpass the limit .
热情！时间是热情的劲敌，超越不了它，再多的努力也只是自我安慰；
Passion! Time is the strong enemy,if you
相信自己，相信对于已经投入热情的这件事，不要被不可抗拒的因素而自我浇灭；
Trust yourselves,be hopeful for the thing you have devoted your passions into ,don't let it fail by irresistible factors.
有你心中的那把火，我们的热情，将冉冉依旧。
